Recipe - Gobhi Curry
Gobhi Curry :
Ingredients - 1 cup cautiously chopped cauliflower 1 chopped potato 250 gm chopped tomato 1 tbsp ginger 1/2 tbsp chopped blooming chillies 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder 1/4 tbsp sugar 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 tbsp cummins some coriander leaves and alkali as per taste
Method -
1. Put potato, tomato, ginger, blooming chilli, alkali and red chilli crumb with 4 cups of baptize in a burden cooker, abutting the lid deeply and put it on flame.
2. Turn the blaze low afterwards one blare and baker for 2 minutes. Remove from the flame.
3. Open the lid afterwards the burden is released. Filter the back-scratch with soup sieve.
4. Warm some adulate in kadahi. Season cumin seeds in it. Add chopped cauliflower and fry.
5. Baker on low blaze covered with lid. Add the soup back cooked. Add atramentous salt.
6. Pour into soup basin with coriander leaves and serve hot with adulate topping.
